Emergency lockouts
Locked out, keys lost or snapped in the lock? Mark offers a 24/7 emergency service and will always try non-destructive entry first, using specialist picking and bypass tools so your door and lock survive intact. If a lock does need replacing, it can usually be done on the spot from stock carried in the van.
Lock repairs & replacement
From stiff, sticking or worn locks to broken night latches and failed mortice locks, we repair where we can and replace only when it makes sense — we won’t sell you a new lock you don’t need. We fit and repair:

uPVC & composite doors and windows

Anti-snap & security upgrades
Lock snapping is one of the most common ways burglars get into UK homes with uPVC and composite doors. We upgrade standard cylinders to TS007 3-star or Sold Secure SS312 Diamond anti-snap cylinders, fit BS3621 mortice locks to meet insurance requirements, and add extra security such as door chains, London bars, hinge bolts and window locks. Free security advice is included on every visit.
Key cutting & restricted keys
Spare keys cut for most domestic locks, plus restricted key systems where copies can only be made with your authorisation — ideal for landlords, businesses and anyone who wants control over who has a key.
